Q. What form of continuing operational guidance will I receive?
A. First of all, you will receive the Eileen’s Colossal Cookies Operating Manual covering the many important facets of your business operation. As the manual is updated, revisions will be made available to you. You will receive visits by our Operations Specialist who will consult with you and offer useful advice and counsel on the effective operation of your Eileen’s Colossal Cookies franchise. You will also receive guidance and support for all sales and promotional activities.
